Kicked off the pod with some #grateful and #grounded intentions. We were sipping on Pumpkin Spice Latte’s because it’s the first day of fall y’all. We kind of just dove in. We had so much to discuss, but so little time. May our podcast inspire you and motivate you to live your best life! Kick off your week with us with some laughs and positivity. How about that latte lesson? Coffee or beer for breakfast???

What’s going on with us? Lit’s baby is one, walking and finding his voice! The “don’t go in public to eat” stage has begun. The struggle is real. Nay Nay is back a school repping all the teachers!!! Seriously, let’s talk about the back to school madness. Teachers deserve recognition. Say thank you and be grateful for them. Maybe Nay Nay was subliminally telling everyone to be grateful for her with that intention! HA! Honey no, she legit is grateful for life right now. On a side note though, turning 30 has it’s ups and downs. We really get into hair and aging discussion. We only scratched the surface though! Grey hairs, not washing the hairs, drinking water, moisturization, oh my!
